I heard lot of people having this problem , getting error message “High Definition Audio driver failed to install”.

Realtek High Definition Audio driver failed to install Techrar

Here is the solution for this problem.
If your Audio driver failed to install from your motherboard CD and displays a error message “Audio driver failed” , kindly follow the below steps,
1] Go in Safe mode. Goto Device manager -> System devices.
2] Uninstall the Microsoft Universal UAA Bus driver.
This will remove all the Unknown music video and other controller devices from your PC.
3] Now try installing the latest Realtek audio driver.
4] Restart the PC.
5] In the Found new Hardware wizard, check the automatic search option to install the driver. The wizard will install it for you.

Thats it , your audio devices will be working fine from now.
