One such technology is Azure , which is an Internets new cloud services platform hosted in Microsoft data centers, which provides an operating system and a set of developer services. Microsoft announced its new contest for cloud developers, Azure Development Contest. This contest commences from 19th August and ends on 16th oct 2009.
Who can participate in this contest ??

- Students
- and other supreme visionaries of the world.
Develop some innovative cool applications and submit them to Microsoft. Your application will be showcased in their Marketplace [Community] and will be rated by others. The categories in which you have to develop the application are PHP Applications on Windows Azure and ASP.Net Applications on Windows.
Hey what about the Prize ?
One Grand Prize Winner among Professionals will get Windows 7 Laptop. One Grand Prize Winner among Students will get Windows Net book PC. Five Consolation Prize Winners will get Windows Mobile Phones. These prizes will be given for each category.
